The role We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong backend focus to own features end to end, from the data model to the interface. You’ll build with solid engineering practices and use AI tools to move faster without cutting corners. What you’ll do Design and build scalable backend systems, applying patterns like Repository, Factory, CQRS and Dependency Injection Design relational schemas and optimize complex queries in PostgreSQL and PostgREST Build modular, strongly typed APIs and services with NestJS Build and connect clean, functional interfaces in React (Vite or Next.js) Use Claude Code and other AI tools to speed up your work, guiding them with clear patterns and context Break down ambiguous problems, research them and ship pragmatic solutions Ask questions early and challenge ideas when there’s a better way Who we’re looking for Must-have Solid backend experience with Node.js, TypeScript and NestJS Strong PostgreSQL and advanced SQL skills (schema design, query optimization) Hands-on use of SOLID, design patterns, Clean Architecture and testing Experience building interfaces in React Autonomy, pragmatism and open communication Professional working proficiency in English Nice-to-have Experience with PostgREST Experience with Next.js or Vite Experience using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code) in your daily workflow What we offer A structured, fast-growing company Dynamic, results-oriented environment Continuous training and real career growth Compensation package based on experience Company benefits
