LADLE REPAIRMAN

WE ARE HIRING – LADLE REPAIRMAN Location: UAE Industry: Steel Manufacturing Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Ladle Repairman / Ladle Slide Gate Technician in a steel plant. Hands-on experience in ladle preparation, maintenance and repair. Knowledge of hydraulic slide gate mechanisms and slide gate plate replacement. Experience in changing ladle inner nozzles, collector nozzles and porous plugs. Familiarity with ladle cleaning, oxygen lancing and refractory-related maintenance. Experience with billet casting operations is preferred. Ability to perform oxy-cutting and welding is an advantage. Higher Secondary education or equivalent. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, inspect and maintain used and relined ladles for production. Maintain and service hydraulic slide gate mechanisms. Replace slide gate plates, nozzles and porous plugs as required. Clean ladle components and remove slag deposits. Inspect ladle equipment and ensure it is safe and ready for furnace operations. Follow all safety procedures and operational standards.
