Gaming Support Specialist - German and English

In this role you will answer players' questions about games, accounts and technical issues by email. Fluency in German and English is essential, and your language skills will be used every day. Key responsibilities: Respond to player support tickets by email with clear, friendly replies. Investigate account, purchase and gameplay questions using internal tools. Apply support policies consistently and document each decision. Escalate technical bugs and complex cases to specialist teams. Meet response time and quality targets. Requirements: Fluent level in German and English. Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert. A professional, friendly and patient communication style. Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time. Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude. Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
