Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Salary: Up to $63/hr Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday Location: Mobile Outpatient Therapy, 25 minutes around Framingham Responsibilities: - Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued progress - Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Requirements: - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Valid state Physical Therapist license - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes
