Accommodation Support: 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office upon arrival. For Dutch-speaking candidates moving from outside Athens, accommodation is provided for the duration of your training before transitioning to remote work. Case-by-case relocation assistance available for candidates residing in Greece without home office setups. Administrative Assistance: Full legal support to help you process all necessary hiring and work documents. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and English. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a professional manner. Work flexibly within rotational shift schedules between 08:00 and 00:00, Monday through Sunday. Requirements Language Skills: Fluent / C1–C2 proficiency in both Dutch and English . Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Athens, Greece to work remotely.
