This role plays a key part in preserving revenue and enhancing customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage policy conservation and customer retention programs. Oversee lapse prevention and policy reinstatement initiatives. Track conservation performance and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes. Lead a team responsible for client engagement and conservation operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in insurance operations or customer retention. At least 5 years of leadership experience. Strong knowledge of insurance servicing and policy administration. Excellent people management and problem-solving skills.
