Merchandising Manager (Retail) Makati | On-site | Monday to Friday Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Merchandising Manager to lead product selection, inventory planning, and in-store presentation across our retail operations. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial awareness, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of fast-paced retail environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with sales and brand objectives Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotional planning Analyze sales performance, trends, and customer behavior to optimize inventory and product mix Collaborate with buying, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure cohesive execution Monitor stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure optimal inventory turnover Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure consistency across stores Lead, mentor, and develop the merchandising team Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field 5–8+ years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a large-scale, multi-branch environment Strong background in health, beauty, personal care, or general retail categories is highly preferred Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing inventory performance Strong analytical skills with experience using retail data and reporting tools Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
