Human Resource Specialist (Recruitment & Learning & Development) Makati | On-site | Monday to Friday About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist with strong experience in Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D) . This role is suited for someone who is hands-on in talent acquisition while also supporting employee development initiatives and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment processes , from sourcing to onboarding Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and opportunities Assist in the development and implementation of L&D programs Coordinate with external training vendors for workshops and company events Provide administrative HR support and maintain employee records Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives Generate HR reports related to recruitment and training Serve as backup support for other HR functions when needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management (strict requirement) At least 2 years of HR experience , with strong focus on Recruitment and L&D Hands-on experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and hiring processes Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed 14th month pay + 15th month pay Why Join Us?
