Team Leader / Supervisor Taguig | Mon-Fri | Day Shift |Onsite We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader to lead our sales team and oversee daily store operations Qualifications: College Level or College Graduate With at least 2-4 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role Experience in retail sales is preferred Knowledgeable in technology products, especially laptops, computers, and accessories Familiar with POS systems and basic inventory management Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily store operations and team performance Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets Assist customers by recommending suitable laptop and tech solutions Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge among staff Monitor sales, inventory, and POS transactions Handle customer concerns and support staff training
