Gadgets Sales Team Leader Location: Quezon City Work Setup: On-site Schedule: Monday to Saturday Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic Gadgets Sales Team Leader to manage store operations and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about gadgets and technology products and has strong leadership and retail sales experience. Qualifications College Level or College Graduate With at least 2–4 years of experience in retail supervision or team leadership Experience in gadget, electronics, or technology retail is an advantage Knowledgeable in smartphones, laptops, gadgets, and accessories Familiar with POS systems and inventory monitoring Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Customer-focused and sales-driven Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and team productivity Drive sales performance and achieve store targets Assist customers in selecting suitable gadgets and accessories Ensure excellent customer service and staff product knowledge Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and POS transactions Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly Conduct coaching and performance monitoring for staff Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
