Accounting Specialist Location: Metro Manila Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Set-up: On-site Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) At least 2-5 years of accounting experience Experience in Retail, FMCG, Financial Advisory, Hospitality, BPO, Shared Services, Distribution, Construction, or related industries Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Key Responsibilities Process and review accounting transactions Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Support internal and external audit requirements Prepare financial reports and schedules
