VP-Marketing (Pharma/Insurance)

We are seeking a highly strategic and innovative Vice President – Marketing to lead our overall marketing function and drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion. The ideal candidate is a senior marketing leader with strong experience in the Insurance or Pharmaceutical industry , and a proven ability to build impactful, data-driven, and customer-centric marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution Drive brand positioning, awareness, and market penetration Oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and B2C channels) Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Units to drive revenue growth Lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies Manage and develop high-performing marketing teams Utilize data and insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI Requirements: Proven experience in senior marketing leadership (VP / Head of Marketing level) Strong background in Insurance or Pharma industry preferred Solid experience in B2C marketing and brand management Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities Experience in digital marketing transformation and data-driven marketing Ability to operate in a fast-paced, competitive environment
