ADVANCED SOMATOLOGIST PLETTENBERG BAY , Western-Cape (ZA) START DATE: 01 November 2026 / A.S.A.P REPORT TO: Manager / CEO TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday – Friday | 07:30am - 18:00pm Saturday & Sunday | 07:30am - 17:00pm 2x weekends off per month + 2x days per week off (following a weekend worked) Summer trading is Monday - Sunday (includes days off) Winter trading is Monday - Saturday (includes days off) REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS: R15,000 - R20,000 Basic Salary per month (Neg. BOQ / BOE / BOS) 10% Commission earned on services & retail revenue based on your CTC Performance incentives - at management's discretion MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS South African citizen Centrally based within or around Plettenberg Bay with ease of travel, including weekends and public holidays DIPLOMA achieved in Somatology / Health & Skin Care or Dermal Aesthetics (minimum 2-years based on your professional designation) At least 3+ Years post graduation employment experience. Beautifully groomed and highly presentable - professional appearance for an industry professional Confident in all standard Skincare and Beauty Therapies (as per qualification) Prior employment experience within a credible, Aesthetic environment with exposure to advanced skincare and aesthetic procedures. Experienced and confident working with advanced, active, ingredients and within your scope of practice as an Aesthetic Therapist or Somatologist Able to build long lasting rapport with your clients and maintain our image in the industry and local community - our clients include high profile individuals and discretion is absolutely required Team player - however able to run your own schedule and meet KPI's aligned with your duties. Deliver a detailed Skin Care / Treatment Analysis. Confidently prescribe relevant follow-up procedures and home-care regime based on client expectations and requirements. Perform therapies in accordance with professional training and protocols, including: - Skincare & Advanced Facials - micro-needling / Derma Pen - chemical peels - Tech-based skin analysis - Beauty services (waxing & hair removal, etc.)
