Accounting and Compliance Manager – Travel & Leisure Location Makati City Schedule Monday to Friday | On-site Job Description The Accounting and Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance for a growing travel and leisure organization. This role requires a CPA with strong leadership capabilities and experience handling complex accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Supervise accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and General Accounting functions Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with BIR and government regulations Prepare management reports and financial analyses Implement accounting process improvements and compliance initiatives Manage external audit requirements and tax assessments Collaborate with business leaders to support financial planning and operational decisions Lead and develop accounting staff members Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience Minimum 1 year managerial experience Preferably from travel agency, leisure, hospitality, or service-oriented industries Strong understanding of Philippine taxation and accounting standards Strong organizational and leadership skills
