Organizational Development (OD) Manager Location: Ortigas Work Setup: Onsite Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Summary The OD Manager is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through talent development, performance management, culture-building initiatives, and change management programs. This role ensures the organization remains agile, high-performing, and aligned with business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Organization Development Design and implement OD frameworks and interventions Lead organizational restructuring and transformation initiatives Assess and improve organizational effectiveness Performance & Talent Management Oversee performance management systems and processes Drive succession planning and leadership development programs Identify capability gaps and learning opportunities Culture & Employee Engagement Develop engagement and culture-building initiatives Support employee experience and retention strategies Strengthen organizational values alignment Change Management Lead change management initiatives across departments Facilitate communication and adoption of organizational changes Monitor impact and effectiveness of OD interventions Requirements 5+ years in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR Transformation Strong experience in change management and culture-building Proven track record in implementing OD programs Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
