Sr. Deal Analyst

The Senior Deal Analyst plays a critical role in supporting complex deal structuring, pricing analysis, and commercial decision-making. This role partners with sales, finance, and operations teams to develop competitive and financially sound proposals while ensuring alignment with organizational profitability targets and risk guidelines. Key Responsibilities Lead financial modeling and pricing analysis for complex sales opportunities and strategic deals. Develop deal structures that balance competitiveness with financial sustainability. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to validate assumptions and cost structures. Provide commercial insights and recommendations during deal reviews and approval processes. Review pricing strategies and ensure alignment with market benchmarks and profitability targets. Support leadership in evaluating large-scale bids, renewals, and contract amendments. Identify financial risks within deals and recommend mitigation strategies. Maintain documentation and deal governance processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, deal desk, or pricing analysis roles. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Experience supporting large or complex enterprise deals.
