We're Hiring: Operations Customer Expert — Ads Support Are you a natural problem-solver with strong English communication skills? Join Cross Border Talents in Lisbon and help users resolve advertising-related challenges on a major digital platform. In this role, you'll investigate issues, explain platform features, and guide users toward practical solutions. What you'll do: Investigate account access and payment issues Troubleshoot problems with ad creation and delivery Explain advertising requirements and platform policies Provide clear, friendly support through chat, email, and phone Follow up on cases to ensure a quality customer experience What to expect: On-site work in Lisbon A 40-hour working week Rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation Structured training over 15 working days If you enjoy helping others and finding solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
