Senior Accountant (FP&A | IFRS | PFRS) Makati City | On-site | Monday to Friday Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of IFRS/PFRS standards to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with reporting standards, and supporting overall financial operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS/PFRS Handle general ledger accounting and reconciliations Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements Monitor and analyze financial data to support business decisions Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field CPA license is preferred but not required Proven experience in accounting with IFRS/PFRS knowledge Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
