Dutch and English Remote Customer Experience Advisor

About the role Join our remote team as a Dutch and English speaking Customer Service Advisor based in Greece. You will help customers with questions, bookings, payments and changes by phone, chat and email, and record every interaction accurately in our systems. You will also work with colleagues across different countries and languages. Working hours follow a seven-day schedule between 08:00 and midnight, with shifts planned across the week. No relocation is needed. Candidates in Volos and nearby areas are encouraged to apply. Requirements Fluent Dutch and fluent English, with English at C1 level or higher as the minimum. Based in Greece, with a quiet workspace and a stable internet connection. Availability for shifts across Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to midnight. Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
