As a Client Scheduling Associate , you'll manage dates, follow-up, and scheduling information while helping clients keep reservations, transportation, activities, and itinerary timing organized. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Handle Coordinate client schedules and confirmations Gather dates, preferences, and important details Track reservation timing and itinerary updates Provide follow-up and next-step information Assist with schedule changes or adjustments Help organize accommodation, transportation, and activity details Maintain accurate client records Track deadlines and pending items What We're Looking For Strong organization and attention to detail Clear, professional communication Reliable follow-through Ability to manage multiple schedules Comfort working independently Familiarity with email, calendars, and online systems Adaptability when plans change Experience in scheduling, customer service, hospitality, reservations, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
