Job Title: Sales / Revenue / Customer Success Operations Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote — United States or Canada Only Job Summary We are seeking experienced Sales, Revenue, and Customer Success Operations Experts to contribute to an AI training project focused on SaaS operations. The role involves evaluating real-world operational scenarios, reviewing CRM configurations, resolving policy conflicts, and improving workflow efficiency. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities Evaluate operational scenarios involving CRM configuration, workflow design, and system integrations. Resolve conflicts between operational policies and explain decisions and trade-offs. Diagnose data accuracy issues across connected systems, including duplicates, mismatched figures, and inconsistent definitions. Identify root causes and recommend practical solutions to improve data quality and operational efficiency. Assess workflow adoption challenges among sales and customer success teams. Identify ambiguous or incomplete scenarios and provide clear, structured feedback. Required Qualifications At least 4 years of hands-on experience in SaaS sales, revenue, or customer success operations. Direct experience configuring and maintaining CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Hands-on experience with at least two connected tools, such as quoting, billing, ticketing, or project-tracking systems. Strong operational judgment and the ability to resolve policy conflicts without unnecessary complexity. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain decisions to technical and non-technical audiences. Project Details Project Status: Active; onboarding is underway.
