Digital Marketing Officer | Real Estate

Location: Makati City Work Setup: Fully Onsite Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Dayshift Overview The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for planning and executing integrated digital campaigns, leads online content development, and translates campaign data into actionable insights to drive brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Digital Campaign Management Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and leads for assigned projects and brands Manage and optimize campaigns across digital channels including social media, search, display, and email Content Development Lead content creation and management for the brand's online platforms including the website and social media pages Collaborate with creative and digital agencies to produce relevant, high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Analytics & Reporting Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI Coordination & Collaboration Work closely with internal teams across departments and with external partners such as communications, advertising, digital, and media agencies Support the overall marketing team in brand planning, campaign execution, and project updates Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing. Real estate background is required. Results-driven with demonstrated leadership ability. Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret and simplify complex data. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns at the same time.
