Head of Supply Chain & Operations Location: Taguig On-site (Morning Shift) Mon-Fri Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain & Operations to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain and operational functions. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth coordination across key business units. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee supply chain and operations activities across the organization. Manage planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and operational processes. Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives. Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with commercial and business teams. Develop and manage high-performing teams while ensuring service and operational targets are met. Support business growth through efficient supply chain and operational strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in a senior supply chain and operations leadership role. Strong background in planning, logistics, warehousing, and operations management. Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration. Exposure to e-commerce operations is an advantage. Background in FMCG or other fast-paced industries is highly preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
