Role: Regional Sales Director - AI/ML, Data Engineering & Cloud Location: Hybrid - Cupertino, CA or San Diego, CA Experience: 7-10 Years | Type: FTE | Work Auth: GC, USC only About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive enterprise sales and revenue growth across Generative AI, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Cloud transformation services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Generate qualified leads, acquire new enterprise clients, and expand existing accounts Build strategic client relationships and identify new business opportunities Sell AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, and cloud solutions Present technical solutions and collaborate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting using Salesforce Represent company at industry events and client meetings; travel as required Must-Haves: Bachelor's in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field preferred 7-10 years in enterprise sales / business development, preferably in technology services Proven experience selling AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or cloud solutions Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close large enterprise deals Strong consultative selling, client relationship management, and negotiation skills Ability to communicate technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders Excellent communication, presentation, analytical skills Salesforce or similar CRM experience
