Merchandising Supervisor – Retail Location: Makati City Work Setup: On-site Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Summary We are seeking a Merchandising Supervisor – Retail to oversee daily merchandising operations and ensure the effective execution of merchandising strategies across assigned product categories. The ideal candidate has strong merchandising experience and the ability to lead a team while maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily merchandising activities to support sales and inventory objectives. Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and merchandising execution. Analyze sales and inventory performance and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with Buying, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient product flow. Lead, coach, and support merchandising staff in achieving team goals. Ensure merchandising standards and product presentation are consistently maintained. Prepare merchandising reports and performance updates. Identify opportunities to improve merchandising processes and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of merchandising experience in the retail industry. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required. Strong understanding of merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and merchandising or ERP systems. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
