You will carry out routine inspections, complete minor repairs and report issues requiring specialist attention, helping ensure that the premises remain suitable for staff, students and visitors. Key Responsibilities Undertake general maintenance and minor repair work. Inspect school buildings and outdoor areas for defects. Assist with opening and securing the site as required. Keep entrances, corridors and shared spaces safe and tidy. Report maintenance issues and potential hazards promptly. Help move furniture and prepare rooms for meetings and activities. Assist with deliveries and the organisation of stored equipment. Monitor site security and report concerns. Support external contractors carrying out maintenance work.
