French-speaking Customer Support | Remote in Portugal | Relocation Provided

Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Remote, Portugal-based Employment Type: Full-time Language Requirement: French and English About The Role We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer their questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience. The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
