Virtual Leisure Assistant Remote | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided About the Role We're looking for organized, service-minded individuals to help clients coordinate leisure plans, reservations, and general scheduling needs in a remote environment. As a Virtual Leisure Assistant , you'll support clients by researching options, organizing important details, assisting with confirmations, and helping keep plans on track. Some requests may involve accommodations, activities, transportation, dining, or other experience-related arrangements. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, researching options, and keeping details organized behind the scenes. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Do Communicate with clients about preferences and requests Research leisure, reservation, and activity options Assist with scheduling and confirmations Organize important dates and planning details Provide updates and next-step information Follow up on pending requests Help with changes or special arrangements Maintain accurate client records Support select accommodation, transportation, activity, or itinerary details What We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you are: Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable communicating with clients Dependable with follow-up Able to manage multiple requests Comfortable researching information online Confident using email and web-based systems Self-motivated in a remote environment Adaptable when plans change Willing to learn new tools and processes Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
