Procurement Manager -Remote

Job Description Compass Group is seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing operations, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the cost-effective procurement of goods and services. This position is designed for a professional who can work independently from home while coordinating purchasing activities and collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities Manage purchasing activities for company equipment, computers, office supplies, and operational materials. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms. Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with vendors. Review invoices, receipts, and procurement expenses. Develop and monitor purchasing budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain supplier relationships and accurate procurement records. Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments remotely. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and procurement systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines while working remotely. Must reside in the United States and meet the position's employment eligibility requirements. Salary and Benefits Annual salary: $125,000–$135,000. Performance-based bonus, subject to the applicable compensation plan.
