Location: Sete Rios , Lisbon, Portugal – On-site ( No relocation support is provided) Compensation & Benefits Base salary: €1,100 gross/ *14- month €150 Language Package Performance & attendance bonus up to €80 €7 meal allowance per working day Work Schedule: Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day; 2 rotating days off per week Your Role As a Customer Support Advisor, you will assist French-speaking customers, handle inquiries, and provide clear and effective solutions while delivering a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Provide professional customer support. Respond to customer inquiries and requests. Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally. Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Requirements Strong French & English language skills (C1/C2) for professional customer communication. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused and professional approach.
