HR Operations Manager

Pay: £37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Job Description: HR Manager (3-6 Month FTC) £37,000-£40,777 Starting ASAP Education role - secondary school reporting into the HR Director The post-holder will provide a high-quality, consistent and professional HR service, ensuring that HR matters are managed effectively in line with the policies and procedures. Main Responsibilities Employee Relations Low-level ER casework. Provide higher-level HR advice and guidance. Support Headteachers with following correct procedures. Ensure consistency in managing employee relations. General HR Work with HR administrators to support yours and others work Work alongside HRBP and Director of People. The Role 3-6 month contract, covering sickness. ASAP start. Onsite working (some flexibility, but mostly onsite) CIPD Level 5 desirable (working towards Level 7 viewed positively).
