Whether your background is in transport refrigeration or diesel repair with refrigeration experience, we'd love to hear from you! 📍 Location: Converse, Texas 📅 Shift Days: Monday through Friday 💰 Pay: $28.51–$37.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. 🎁 WHAT WE OFFER 💵 Weekly Paychecks / Direct Deposit Available 🦺 Safety Incentives up to $300 Quarterly upon meeting requirements 🩺 Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage / Critical Illness Insurance 🛡️ Employer-Paid Life and AD&D Insurance 💰 401(k) with Company Match 🎉 Holiday Pay 🛍️ Employee Discount Programs 👕 Uniforms Provided 🥾 Yearly Boot Allowance 🔧 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ❄️ Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair transport refrigeration systems. 🚛 Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on refrigerated trailers and refrigeration units. ⚡ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system issues. 🛠️ Repair and overhaul refrigeration components as needed. 🔍 Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve problems. 📋 Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation. 🦺 Follow safety procedures and applicable environmental regulations. 🤝 Work alongside a team committed to quality repairs and customer satisfaction. 🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ✅ 2–4 years of mechanical or refrigeration experience, with 3+ years preferred. ❄️ Experience with transport refrigeration systems, including Thermo King or Carrier Transicold , highly desirable. 🔧 Experience diagnosing and repairing refrigeration components. 📜 EPA Section 608 certification required and must remain current. 🛠️ Ability to use industry tools and diagnostic equipment. 💻 Basic computer skills and ability to document repairs. 🌡️ Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment. 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 📚 Vocational or technical training preferred. ⭐ ASE certifications a plus. 🚛 CDL with air brake qualifications preferred, or willingness to obtain one. 🚀 WHY CHOOSE TCI?
