We've made the move easier: - Furnished company accommodation with utilities included - Flight to Lisbon reimbursed - International work environment - Lisbon's sunny, coastal lifestyle - One annual flight home What You'll Do As an Inbound Telesales Representative , you'll speak with customers by phone to: Understand their needs and recommend suitable products or subscriptions Present offers and close sales Upsell and cross-sell relevant products Answer questions about services and subscriptions Handle customer doubts and complaints Build positive customer relationships Compensation & Conditions Up to €1,050 total package/month including accommodation benefit Health insurance from day one 40 hours/week , 8 hours/day Rotating schedule: Monday–Friday 07:00–19:00; Saturday 08:00–17:00 Initial training: around 10 working days , in English, and compensated after successful completion You'd Be a Good Fit If You... Speak Italian fluently Enjoy talking to people and understanding what they need Are comfortable presenting products and services over the phone Have strong communication and negotiation skills Can handle rejection and customer objections Enjoy working towards measurable sales targets Sales or telesales experience is a plus , especially if you're already comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, or handling customer objections.
