Civil construction Manager

URGENT HIRING – CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER | KSA Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Salary: SAR 10,000–13,000/month Industry: Civil Construction Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 10–12+ years of experience in civil construction projects Strong experience in KSA civil construction projects Experience managing project execution, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants Strong knowledge of civil works, construction methodologies, drawings, BOQs, and project documentation Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE requirements Strong leadership, coordination, and client-management skills Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and regulations Strong communication and reporting skills KSA experience is mandatory Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects from start to completion Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and site activities Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments Ensure compliance with HSE and project requirements Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues
