Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role At SummitNext , we're looking for a Sales Development Representative based in Johor Bahru to help us grow our client base. You'll be the first point of contact with prospects, building relationships and creating opportunities for our sales team. The role may include travel to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur for client meetings when needed. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and networking. Set up and attend meetings with prospects, including in Singapore when needed. Travel to Kuala Lumpur for client meetings when needed. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Keep accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM. Work closely with our sales team to convert leads into clients. Meet monthly activity and pipeline targets. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English. Experience in sales, business development, lead generation or a client-facing role is an advantage. Must be based in Johor Bahru. Willing to travel to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur when required. A valid passport is required. Confident communicator who is proactive and target-driven. Comfortable meeting clients face to face.
