Luxembourg | Permanent Contract Support leading financial institutions in transforming their business, operations, processes, data and technology. Build experience before progressively developing your area of expertise. Your Role Analyse client needs, processes and regulatory developments. Contribute to transformation projects across banking, wealth and asset management, asset servicing, payments, finance, risk and technology. Help improve operating models, processes and controls. Support business analysis, project management and change activities. Contribute to data, AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives. Prepare workshops, business requirements, project reports, testing and training materials. Your Level of Responsibility Junior Consultant: You are at the beginning of your career. You own clearly defined tasks and progressively develop your consulting skills. Consultant: You already have some relevant professional experience. You take ownership of deliverables and contribute directly to client interactions and project coordination. Your Profile You hold a master’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or another relevant field. You have initial relevant professional experience. You are interested in financial services and transformation projects. You can analyse information, structure your work and communicate clearly. You are comfortable working across business and technology topics. You are confident using PowerPoint and Excel. You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.
