Structural Test Engineer (m/w/d)

We're looking for a skilled Structural Test Engineer to strengthen our engineering team and turn ambitious ideas into flight-ready reality. Your Role As a Structural Test Engineer, you will take responsibility for your own test projects. From concept development and test execution through to data evaluation, you will be the primary point of contact. In this role, you will work closely with the Design, Loads, and Structural Analysis departments. Your Responsibilities Conceptualization and planning of large- and small-scale ground structural tests Coordination with other departments regarding requirements, loads, structural design, etc. Supporting the Design department with test design in CAD Independent structural design and analysis of test fixtures Independent test setup, execution, and dismantling Independently preparing reports for verification and compliance documentation Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field Experience in testing structural components, preferably aircraft structures in accordance with CS-23 Practical experience with common CAD systems, ideally Siemens NX Solid knowledge of engineering mechanics and lightweight composite structures Experience working with hydraulic and electric actuators Experience with data acquisition systems and sensors is a strong plus Proactive approach with a strong hands-on mentality and the ability to find simple solutions to complex problems Very good German language skills (hard requirement) and good written and spoken English What We Offer We are a dynamic, family-owned company with short decision-making processes and an open-door culture.
