Client Services Representative

We are looking for a motivated, driven Client Services Representative / Life Insurance Agent to join our growing team. What You'll Do Connect with prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance. Conduct virtual or phone-based consultations to understand clients' needs. Educate clients on available life insurance options and help them find appropriate coverage. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients. Manage your daily schedule, appointments, and sales activity. Work toward personal and team production goals. Maintain professionalism and follow all applicable insurance regulations. What We're Looking For Must be currently licensed to sell life insurance OR willing to obtain a life insurance license. Full-time availability and commitment. A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to succeed. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do. Strong communication and people skills. Coachable, competitive, and willing to learn. A strong work ethic and willingness to put in the effort required to reach your goals. Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule. Previous sales, customer service, insurance, or financial services experience is a plus—but not required .
