Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Representative | Sofia, Bulgaria

We are looking for a Slovak-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project in Sofia. You will assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions through multiple communication channels. Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Model: On-site Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 10:00–18:00, 8 hours/day Languages: Slovak & English Relocation: Supported Job Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, chat, and email Provide clear and effective solutions to customer inquiries Troubleshoot non-technical issues and ensure a positive customer experience Maintain professional and accurate communication Requirements Fluent/native-level Slovak Fluent English Willing to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria Customer-oriented communication skills Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory Relocation Support Relocation assistance is provided, including temporary accommodation and support with settling in Sofia .
