We are looking for a German-speaking Player Support Specialist to join an international gaming project in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will support players with their inquiries and help provide a smooth and positive gaming experience. Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Model: On-site Schedule: Full-time, rotational shifts Languages: German & English Relocation Support: Available Job Responsibilities Assist players with account and service-related inquiries Provide clear and professional customer support Resolve player issues efficiently and accurately Ensure a positive player experience throughout each interaction Requirements Fluent German Fluent English Eligible to work in the EU Willing to work on-site in Sofia Comfortable working rotational shifts Interest in gaming is a plus Interested?
