The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on Disney parks, resorts, dining options, and experiences, ensuring a magical and memorable trip for families and individuals. Responsibilities include: Engaging with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and travel needs. Creating customized itineraries that include park reservations, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and special experiences. Staying up-to-date with the latest Disney promotions, policies, and offerings to provide accurate information. Offering guidance on travel logistics, including transportation options and park navigation. Assisting clients with booking processes and ensuring all details are confirmed and organized. Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the planning process and during the trip. Handling any changes or issues that may arise before or during the vacation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge of Disney products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for Disney experiences. Prior experience in travel planning or customer service is preferred.
