We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will assist customers with product and service-related inquiries, provide solutions, and help ensure a positive customer experience. Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Model: On-site Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Sunday, within 09:00–22:00 Languages: Dutch & English Relocation Support: Available Job Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries and service-related issues Provide non-technical troubleshooting and clear solutions Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience Requirements Fluent Dutch Fluent English Willing to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria Strong communication and customer-service skills Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory Interested?
