Inside Sales Development Representative (English Market)

Job Description Are you passionate about digital marketing, social media, and sales? We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a global customer experience leader in Lisbon . In this role, you will help businesses grow by identifying potential partners, engaging decision-makers, and presenting tailored digital advertising and community engagement solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calling, email outreach) to reach new potential business clients. Guide potential clients through finalizing their sign-up and onboarding process. Understand client needs, present strategic solutions, and effectively handle objections. Manage and pipeline prospective accounts to meet monthly goals. Key Requirements Language Skills: C1/C2 or Native Level in English (fluent spoken & written). Location: Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (EU Work Authorization required). Skills: Strong communication, consultative selling approach, and basic understanding of digital marketing/social media platforms. Mindset: Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable making outbound calls. sales profile (mandatory 1 year of experience in B2B or Outbound calls ).
