Remote Recruitment Resourcer Salary: R28 000 - R30 000 per month We are seeking a highly articulate, resilient, and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join a specialist international talent partner focusing on senior technology and business transformation appointments. Working remotely from South Africa, you will support senior search consultants by driving market research, candidate outreach, and administrative coordination for high-level European roles. What you will do: - Conduct targeted market mapping and candidate research across specialised technology and transformation sectors. - Execute strategic candidate outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques. - Engage, screen, and build rapport with executive and senior-level technology candidates. - Prepare polished CVs, candidate profile summaries, and relevant documentation. - Manage interview coordination and support senior team members with daily operational tasks. What we are looking for: - Proven experience as a recruitment resourcer or sourcer, ideally within tech, executive search, or professional services. - Strong expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and web sourcing tools. - Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a professional candidate-facing manner. - High confidence and maturity when approaching senior and C-suite candidates. - Strong persistence, attention to detail, and a self-motivated approach to remote work. Nice to have: - Knowledge of Afrikaans or Dutch, which can be an advantage due to candidate demographics, though English is the primary language. - Previous experience supporting international or European recruitment markets.
