Bulgarian-speaking Customer Expert – Remote in Greece | Relocation Provided

Relocate to Athens with your travel and shared accommodation fully covered. After completing the initial onboarding, you can work remotely from anywhere in Greece. Join an international customer support project for a leading global company in the automotive industry. You will assist professional drivers and customers with roadside emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, and general service inquiries. What We Offer Remote work from anywhere in Greece after the initial onboarding period Full relocation support to Athens Flight or train ticket provided Company-provided shared accommodation in Athens Competitive monthly compensation package Performance-based incentives Monthly training and professional development International experience within a global automotive project 8-month employment contract Working Schedule Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts Rotating shifts covering 00:00–23:00 Approximately one weekend shift per month Approximately one night shift per week Your Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and emails regarding vehicle breakdowns, including flat tires, engine failures, and other roadside incidents Identify customers, verify vehicle details, confirm locations, and check assistance coverage Create and update detailed cases in the CRM system Coordinate roadside repairs, towing services, dealers, technicians, and third-party providers Provide customers with clear updates regarding case progress Handle inquiries and complaints related to products, services, workshops, repairs, and appointments Manage approximately 40–60 calls per day Follow established escalation and case-handling procedures Requirements Bulgarian proficiency at C1 level or above; native-level fluency is highly valued English proficiency at B2 level or above Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece Ability to work rotating shifts, including occasional weekends and night shifts Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills Previous experience in customer service, call centres, logistics, automotive support, roadside assistance, or ticket processing is an advantage.
