Frontend Engineer — Technical Reasoning Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is seeking Frontend Engineers to support a customer project focused on frontend development and AI training. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities Analyze and explain frontend architecture and technical decisions. Review code, component architecture, and state management solutions. Create technical documentation such as RFCs and ADRs. Evaluate performance, accessibility, and rendering strategies. Provide clear, structured technical feedback. Required Skills JavaScript & TypeScript React Component Architecture State Management Frontend Performance Accessibility (a11y) SSR / CSR / SSG Code Review Technical Writing (RFCs, ADRs) Qualifications 3+ years of professional frontend engineering experience. Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture. Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
