Claude Code User (STEM) Expert - Remote

Claude Code User Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Overview We are seeking experienced Claude Code Users to support a project focused on advancing AI coding agents. You will share real-world experience using AI coding tools for complex software development, debugging, feature development, and architectural changes. No prior AI training experience is required. Key Responsibilities Document real-world workflows using Claude Code and AI coding agents . Share examples of large codebase navigation, advanced debugging, and architectural refactoring. Provide step-by-step approaches for end-to-end feature development and ambiguous technical problems. Evaluate the strengths and limitations of AI coding agents using practical, data-driven insights. Provide written and verbal feedback to improve AI coding systems. Participate in interviews, surveys, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Communicate technical workflows and AI-enabled solutions to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Current STEM or software professional with hands-on experience using AI coding agents. Experience using AI tools for complex debugging, feature development, and architectural refactoring . Strong technical problem-solving and workflow documentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to explain complex technical processes clearly. Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools. Experience applying AI agents to large codebases and open-ended technical challenges. Familiarity with emerging AI coding practices and evaluation methods.
