Operations Customer Expert - English-Speaking Opportunity in Lisbon Do you enjoy learning new systems, communicating with different people, and helping customers find the right answers? Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert for a role supporting business customers in digital advertising. You will help small and medium-sized businesses use advertising products and tools, answering questions and providing assistance throughout the customer journey. Your responsibilities: Respond to enquiries through phone, email, and chat. Explain products and tools in a simple, helpful way. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support. Resolve customer issues and manage expectations. Handle confidential information carefully. Deliver service that encourages customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate: Has C1-level English or above. Communicates clearly and professionally. Is empathetic, helpful, and solution-oriented. Can remain calm in challenging situations. Learns quickly and works well with others. The offer includes: An on-site position in Lisbon. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Rotating shifts. Intensive training to prepare you for the role.
