Arabic, English-speaking Trust & Safety Specialist

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Trust & Safety Specialist to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting a world-leading mobile gaming company. In this role, the successful candidate will help keep the online gaming community safe by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Arabic and English. Key Responsibilities Review user-generated content to ensure a safe and compliant online environment Moderate content in Arabic and English in line with platform policies and community guidelines Identify and action content or behaviour that breaches policy Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams Maintain accuracy, consistency and quality in all review decisions Working Schedule Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00–22:00 Flexible shifts within operating hours Benefits Competitive monthly salary Welcome bonus, paid in two instalments (after three and six months of employment) Paid on-site training Flexible contract hours for local candidates Opportunity to work in the international gaming industry International and multicultural working environment Requirements Mandatory Native or fluent Arabic Native or fluent English Eligibility to work in the EU Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and sound judgement Ability to apply policies consistently and objectively Resilience and the ability to work with sensitive content Comfortable working with computers and digital systems Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends Preferred Interest in gaming or online communities Previous experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety or customer support
