Data Processing Associate

Office Location: Bacoor City & Imus City Cavite, PH Position Summary: We're looking for sharp, tech-savvy individuals with strong attention to detail and resilience. In this role, you'll work on tasks like content moderation, image labeling, transcription, and data annotation ensuring data quality and accuracy based on project guidelines. Success in this role means meeting key performance metrics (accuracy, productivity, attendance) handling content professionally and maintaining high standards. Responsibilities: Review, label, and validate various types of data (text, image, audio, product information) according to project guidelines. Moderate online content and flag inappropriate or harmful material based on community and platform standards. Perform transcription tasks (text and audio) with high accuracy. Ensure daily productivity targets and KPIs are consistently met. Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of data handled. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall performance. Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and project requirements. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; college-level or high school graduates may apply with relevant experience and basic computer proficiency required Relevant Experience: content moderation, data annotation, transcription, or similar roles preferred; open to fast learners without experience Willing to work on shifting schedules.
